01Do I have to buy property?
Yes. Silver requires a qualifying residential property with a minimum value of RM600,000. State rules and programme purchase timing still apply.
02Can I work or run a business?
No. MM2H Silver does not permit employment or active business activities under the programme. Applicants who require these permissions should compare Platinum and PVIP.

Eligible family members can join. Current categories include a spouse, biological children, stepchildren, adopted children, medically certified disabled children, and parents or parents-in-law. Age and supporting-document conditions apply.
04Can I renew after five years?
Yes. MM2H Silver is renewable, provided the programme requirements and renewal conditions in force at that time are met.
